An information table on driver’s license categories in Portugal is available at the service desk.
- Reservations
The Rental Company will always make every effort to provide the reserved vehicle for the rental period. If, due to force majeure, the Rental Company cannot provide the reserved model, another equivalent model may replace the reserved model. If the replacement is made with a model of lower rate than the one initially reserved by the customer, the Rental Company will reimburse the difference in rates. If the rate of the replacement vehicle is higher than the vehicle initially reserved by the customer, this difference will be covered by the Rental Company.

If the extension of the rental period is not requested and the vehicle is not returned to the address, date, and time stipulated in the rental agreement, it will be considered illegal use of the vehicle and this fact will be reported to the Portuguese authorities.

- Insurance
The rental fee includes the following insurance coverage:
- Mandatory civil liability
- Own damage and theft with a deductible amount specified in the rental
agreement. - Travel Assistance (Mainland Portugal)
The deductible for damages due to falls or collisions and theft is defined by the security deposit (blocked on a credit or debit card) held by the Rental Company and specified in the rental agreement, the value of which varies according to the model rented.
Regarding damage or theft of the motorcycle, the deductible for own damage is always the maximum responsibility of the client.
Under no circumstances does the own damage coverage cover damage to or loss of rented accessories such as GPS, helmets, jackets, etc.

for whom they are responsible. - The vehicle is involved in an accident and the client does not inform

In the event of a mechanical breakdown, the client must contact the Rental Company, informing them of their exact location and detailing the type of breakdown as thoroughly as possible. If repair is necessary and possible, the client must obtain authorization from the Rental Company to do so.
If repair is not possible, the Rental Company will endeavor to replace the broken-down vehicle as quickly as possible.
The Rental Company will reimburse the client for the time the vehicle is immobilized. If, for any reason, vehicle replacement is not possible, the Rental Company will reimburse the client for the total number of days not used.
